Estate Planning & Administration
Zach’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and litigation. He has experience in the preparation of wills and trusts and the administration of decedent’s estates and trusts. He also has experience in all phases of litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Zach earned his B.A. degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Zach served as an extern for Judge Sandra S. Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and an intern with the United States Department of Justice. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Monterey County Bar Association.
