Will’s practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Prior to joining Johnson, Fantl & Kennifer, Will’s work as an associate attorney involved primarily business transactions. As a transactional attorney, he gained experience in drafting and negotiating contracts including leases, management agreements, assignments of interests, and purchase agreements.
Will earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, cum laude. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Will was born and raised in Salinas and graduated from Palma High School. He is a member of the California State Bar, the Monterey County Bar Association, and the Trust and Estates Section of the Monterey County Bar Associations. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
