Samantha joined the firm in 2024 and focuses on litigation, including Probate and Trust litigation, Elder Law litigation, and Real Property disputes. She also supports estate administration and assists with probate and related court proceedings. Samantha works closely with attorneys and clients on all aspects of case preparation, including legal research and drafting legal documents.
Samantha earned her B.A. in Political Science: Legal Studies and Sociology from California State University, Chico, where she was a first-generation college graduate. While at Chico State, she was named to the Dean’s List, received the prestigious Jerry Kinkel Scholarship, and earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2016. She also competed in Moot Court, where she was honored with the Best Brief Award. Samantha continued her education at Golden Gate University, earning a Master of Law Studies and receiving a full scholarship to pursue her Juris Doctor. She is on track to graduate with her J.D. in 2027.
Originally from the Bay Area, Samantha graduated from Homestead High School in Cupertino and spent much of her life in the Santa Cruz Mountains, living all over Santa Cruz County. She attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, where she earned her A.S. in Criminal Justice. She now works remotely and resides in Oroville with her husband and their energetic corgi.
